Making the "Silver Ring"
From Digital Embellishments-Office Supplies silver, place the "SilverGlassBrad" on your work surface. Enlarge the brad so that it is easier to work with. Using the cutting tools, cut apart the center "glass" from the "silver brad". If you want a thinner silver ring, use the circle cutter to cut away more of the ring. You should have two pieces - glass bubble and a silver ring.
Changing the color of the Silver Ring
With the silver ring selected, go to the Color Ribbon. Click on Color Wash Adjust to the desired color.
Making the "Spooky" eyes
From the Trick or Treat embellishments place the "Jackolanterns" sticker on your work surface. Enlarge the sticker so that it is easier to work with. Using the cutting tools, cut out the spooky eyes of your choice. It is o.k. to have blak around the outside of the eyes, since it will be placed on a black surface. If you are going to use the eyes on a surface other than black use the wand tool to erase the black around the eyes. To make your own custom spooky eyes go to the Insert Ribbon. Click on the down arrow for shape. Select "custom shape using curved lines". Create an irregular circle shape. Create a second eye. For these two pieces, I would apply a #D filter to give the eyes depth. Then for the inner eye, create a black circle and place on the outside eye. Adjust the placement for the desired look.
Putting Together your Custom Brad
Place your ring on the work surface. Create a circle with a solid color or cut out a circle from the Trick or Treats paper or paper mats. Place the circle behind the ring. Place the Trick or Treat sticker of your choice on the paper. Place the "glass buble" on top of the paper. Make sure the glass bubble fits inside the silver (or colored) ring. Group all of the elements together and adjust to desired size.
