How to Create:

1. Start with a new 12x12 digital project.
2. Drop Paper 17 in the Background from the Discover Baby Boy Digital Kit.
3. Create Stitched border by Using Stitch #3 From the Baby boy/girl Sewing Room kit.
4. Add Digital Overlay #5 from Digital Overlays -Jewel Heritage and change color of of overlay to all white (go to cut and fill ribbon and select the color white).
5. For overlays in center I used a combination of Overlay #3 and #6 from the Best Buds Digital Kit as well as created some white and cream squares myself and applied the Opacity tool (located under the Format Ribbon to the far left) and I also applied the Select Cutout effect "grass" located under the Format Photos Ribbon to create the look of  frayed edges.
6. To apply Photo Frame effects to items other than photos... there is a small trick to this... you must first insert an empty photo frame (under the Insert Ribbon) Then actually fill the photo frame with something else... in this case a Paper... you can just drag and drop a Paper into the photo box rather than a photo!  Then... you can manipulate that Photo Box with any Photo Frame effect you like!  Whether it be Cutouts/ Mats/Frames etc...
7. To create the small hanging ribbon.  Start by adding the "hanging flowers" embellishment from the Tea Party Addition and then adding your choice of Cozy Winter brads (snowflakes) in place of the flowers.  I simply cut the flowers out by using small circle cutters (located under the cut and fill ribbon).  For the Center "peace" charm.  I created two circles applied a silver gradient to the one and a rough surface (under the format ribbon) to the one on top and typed the word "PEACE" on top.  Use any simple font!
8. Lastly I added four photos to the center (12 photos on second layout) and matted them in white.  Then I added the Distressed Frame Freebies on top.  Add the Jolly Happy Soul Word Art freebie and the Snow Flourishes and you are done!

Is there anyway to get the distressed digital frame? I have been looking for anything that is old wood and I cannot find anything.

Okay. If you tried this ploy on your parents, you wouldn't get away with it. If your kids tried it you, you wouldn't fall for it either. So why are the American people letting the Government get away with this ploy? I don't know. And I don't get it. Maybe there is just so much going on that it gets lost in the mix. Maybe it's because of the deceptive and disingenuous way it's being presented by Pelosi, Reid, and Obama.
