How to Create:

1. Start with a new Custom Size digital project.   Set the width to 10.5” and the Height to 3.75”.
2. From the Embellishment tab, select the CheerfulVal PM4 photo mat and add to the page.  Select the object and choose properties and resize to 5.788” x 3.750”.  Move to the center of the project as shown.
3. Copy and paste the CheerfulVal PM4 photo mat.  Select the object and choose properties and resize to 5.574” x 3.750”.  Select the Cut and Fill tab and change the color to black.  Move to the center of the project as shown.
4. From the Embellishment tab, select the CheerfulVal PM1 photo mat and add to the page.  Select the object and choose properties and resize to 5.417” x 3.750”.  Move to the center of the project as shown.
5. Add a 4” x 6” photo and resize to 3.542” x 2.362”.  Use the handle to rotate the photo as shown.   Choose the Format Photo and select Mat.   Select the Change Mat Fill and select White.  Change the width to 1 and click Accept.  Go to the Format tab and place a heavy shadow on the bottom right.
6. From the Embellishment tab, select the LoveRibbon and add to the page.  Select the object and choose properties and resize to 3.750” x 0.244”.  Click on the Arrange tab and rotate 90 degrees.  Line the object up against the red photo mat as shown.  Copy the ribbon and paste, rotate the object the opposite way and place it against the other side of the red photo mat as displayed in the photo.
7. From the Embellishment tab, select the HeartFlowers and add to the page, center on the right side in the white area.  Copy and paste the item to create a second.  Center the second one on the left side in the white area.
8. From the Embellishment tab, select the CheerfulVal PM4 photo mat and add to the page.  Select the Cut and Fill tab and select the rectangle.  Move the gray area over the photo mat, only leaving a small strip of the X/O pattern.  Erase the gray area.  Go to the Format tab and place a heavy shadow on the bottom right.  Place the strip over the bottom of the photo as shown.
9. From the Embellishment tab, select the HeartFlower and add to the page.  Go to the Format tab and place a heavy shadow on the bottom right.  Move the flower over the bottom right edge of the photo.
10. From the Embellishment tab, select the CutiePie and add to the page.  Go to the Format tab and place a heavy shadow on the bottom right.  Move to the center of the flower.
