How to Create:

1. Create a new 12x12 layout.
2. Make Love Paper 20 the Background
3. Add Love Paper 7. Go to Cut & Fill > Straight >Cut in half. Copy Cut Love Paper 7 and move both papers into place. Select both yellow papers. Go to Format > Add Light Shadow
4. Go to View > Click Page.
5. Add vertical photo and resize to W-2.556 and H 3.833. Go to Format -> Add Light Shadow
6. Select yellow papers and vertical photo. Go to Home > Align > Align Left.
7. Add horizontal photo and resize to W-3.230 H-2.154. Go to Format > Add Light Shadow. 
8. Select yellow papers and horizontal photo > Go to Home > Align > Align Right.
9. Add Sweet Memories element. Resize and make it a bit taller.
10. Select horizontal photo and sweet memories embellishment. Go to Home > Align > Align Right.
11. Select sweet memories embellishment. Go to Format > Add Light Shadow.
12. Add two Wood Dots-Pink Flowers. Move each into place as in sample.
13. Select both wood dots. Go to Format > Add Light Shadows.
14. Add Ticket-Green, Ticket-Pink and Ticket-Tan. Move all into place and slightly turn the green and pink ticket. Go to Format > Add Light Shadows.
15. Add Love Photo Mat 7. Go to Cut & Fill > Selcect Shapes > Select Circle > Cut Circle, resize and movetowards top of the page. Go to Format > Add Light Shadow.
16. Add Love Photo Mat 12. Go to Cut & Fill > Selcect Shapes > Select Circle > Cut Circle, resize and moveon top of the pink circle. Go to Format > Add Light Shadow.
17. Add Wood Dot Flourish and place on top of green circle. Go to Format > Add Light Shadow.
18. Select pink circle, green circle and wood dot-flourish. Go to Home > Align > Center Horizontally > Center Vertically.
19. Add Two Hearts embellishment. Go to Format > Add Heavy Shadow.
20. Add Heart-Green. Go to Format > Add Light Shadow.
21. Add Four Hearts-Pink. Go to Format > Add Light Shadows and move three towards top of page and the other under the green heart
22. Go to Insert > Text > Type journaling and date > move to place on top of Ticket-Tan

I'm not sure about Step 3...obviously you don't want a 12x12 size of Love Paper 7 that you cut in half...what am I not understanding? What size do you start with, and then cut in half?

I'll have to go back and look at what I did for sure, but I think I cut the 12x12 paper vertically, moved it into place and then copied that piece and moved it towards the bottom. Does that make sense?
