How to Create:

1. Use Love Paper12 for background – saturated a small amount. Place on top of the background paper Love Overlay3 in white color.
2. Place a piece of paper now over the background and make it a cream color.  Over that paper add Distressed Digital Overlay6 and make it a dark brown color.  Flatten the two pieces together. Use your opacity tool to 77.
3. Add picture in sepia to right side of paper blending top and left side of picture blend into paper.  Add a burlap surface to the picture.
4. Add Distressed Digital Overlay1 in sepia color to the page.  Use the blended cut tool to blend into background paper.
5. Add a piece of paper and color it dark brown.  Blend the right edge of the paper and place it at the left side of the page.  Apply a linen surface to the paper using the surface tool under format.
6. Add Love Paper4  to page and use the custom cutter tool to cut out the flowers on the page.  Use the Arrange button to flip the image and blend the left side of the paper. Use the color tool to adjust saturation and contrast to suit the page.
7. Add Distressed Digital Embellishment Vintage Frame Stiched for large picture on Right and small picture on left bottom.  Use Distressed Digital Embellishement Frame for small top left picture.  Use white mat for large picture on left, also use the bent corner technique for that picture after flattening it with its mat.Add a small shadow on all frames.  Inside the large frame on right add word art or journal in brown color.
8. Use Garden Sunset Digital Kit hinge for large frame on right.  Change the color to sepia and sharpen to your desire. 
9. Add the AlwaysAndForever embellishment from the Love Digital Kit. Rubberstamp the image and cut out the words.  Apply a Glow to the word art as well as a high clouds fractal map.
10. Use LovePaper24 as journal strips.  Cut them out and use paper cutting tool (rough rip) to rip the one exposed end.  Use an eyelet2 from Digital Embellishments-Sewing Room - Romance for ends of strips.
11. Cut out a circle of Love paper12 from Love Digital Kit and apply a 3D edge filter for buttons to use to hold the frames on left hand side.

Hi Vicki. I see now I should be looking back at these comments as there may be questions (new at this). Sorry to not get back until now. To answer your question: Under the cutters tool select "cut" then select "blend". You can only blend in a straight line so you must do this twice along the top and again down the side. Hope this helps :)
