What if I only want to see projects related to a specific theme, topic, or holiday?
You can filter digital project ideas by clicking on a specific "category" below each post in the Project Center. So, for instance you may see the following information under a post:

If, for instance, you only wanted to see Easter Project Ideas, you would click on "Easter Digital Scrapbook Project Ideas". This will bring up only projects that are categorized as "Easter Project Ideas". This works for any category you may see at the bottom of any given project.
What font is used on the two blue images on the main landing page of the Project Center?
The font is called grenouille, and it's available for free download at www.dafont.com.
I'm having troubles downloading the freebies - they come up as a .bmp file for me to save. What do I need to do?
We've heard from several of you that you are having issues with the .png files coming up as .bmp files when you attempt to download them. If you are using AOL, you will need to switch over to using Internet Explorer to download the freebies. For some reason, AOL does not allow you to download transparent .png files.
Additionally, you might try right clicking on the larger image (in the pop up window), choose "View image", then right click the image that pops up.
What if I have a special request for a freebie?
Feel free to send us your request through the "Send us your feedback" link within the navigation on the left side of this page. We'll do our best to fill any requests that come in.
How can I print individual project pages?
To create your own printable documents with project image, ingredients and instruction list, copy and paste content and image into a word document. Many site visitors create these printable documents of their favorite projects. They then print, save & share, then place them in a binder for future reference.
How often will new project ideas and freebies be added?
New project ideas will continuously be added - at least several times each week. Freebies will be added at least once each week.
Where do the freebies come from?
The freebies offered on this site come from a few places - some are components from various pre-designed packages and others are custom embellishments created by the Creative Memories Digital Design Team using StoryBook Creator Plus and Creative Memories Digital Content.
How can I find and install cool, fun fonts like the ones I've seen in many of the projects on this site?
There are several free sites that you can visit to browse and download fonts. Some of our favorites are:

After you download the fonts of your choice, you will need to install them to your machine. On Vista machines, you will need to extract font files from zip files, then go into your Control Panel and install fonts to your machine. On other Windows Machines, simply extract the font files, then copy them to the C:\Windows\Fonts directory on your computer. NOTE: if you install fonts while StoryBook Creator Plus Software is open, the fonts will not immediately appear. Close the software, then relaunch to make fonts available.
Where can I find previews of all the digital content that Creative Memories has available to me?
Visit the Help Zone on creativememories.com or your consultant's personal website, then click on "Digital", and choose "Digital Content". You will find downloadable, printable pdf files of each digitial kit that we offer.
Is there a way for me to keep track of which kits I have downloaded?
Yes. We have developed a Digital Content Download "Got It Guide". Visit the Help Zone on creativememories.com or your consultant's personal website, then click on "Digital", and choose "Digital Content". You will find the link to the guide at the top.
