How to Create:
Cut Red Cardstock to 11" x 5-1/2" and fold in half. Cut the white dot pattern paper to 5" square and adhere. Cut various three papers to 1-1/4" x 4". Use the All-Purpose Scissors to cut the ends, into banners.
Using the Holiday Frames & Tags Cartridge, cut the grey banner and title, merry. Adhere along with two red Enchanted Epoxy Stickers.
Finished Size:
5-1/2" x 5-1/2"
