How to Create:
Cut the bubble pattern paper with a scissors to create a 3-1/2" wrap. Adhere around the bottle.
Cut a light blue pattern paper to 2" x 12". Cut notches out of each end. Adhere around the bottle.
Adhere the Shine Paper Embellishment with a Foam Square. Adhere a Shine Epoxy Sticker.
