How to Create:
Cut Deep Blue Cardstock to 2-1/2" x 12"
Use the Circle Maker to cut out various sizes of circles from the White Cardstock and Cranberry Cardstock and adhere to the border as desired.
Add the banner from Classic Patriotic Stickers.
Add the rest of the stickers using Foam Squares.
Finished Size: 2-1/2" x 12"
