Decorative Halloween Bottle
Ingredients:
Primary Halloween Power Palette Additions
Circle Maker
Plastic Bottle
Craft Wire
Buttons
Ribbon
Tips:
Cut a strip of patterned paper, then punch a hole in center of it. Wrap around bottle and secure.
To attach wire, use a small piercing tool to poke holes in 2 sides of mouth of bottle. Thread wire through hole. String wire through buttons, then wind the ends of the ribbon together and snip excess to secure.
