How to Create:
Cut a piece of White Cardstock to 3-1/2" x 2-1/4". Cut a green pattern photo mat to 2" x 3-1/4". Adhere together. Adhere the "Happy Day" title sticker.
Cut photo mats into 3/8" x 2" strips. Adhere to the front left side. Using Foam Squares, adhere Paper Flowers to the top as shown.
Finished Size:
5" x 2-1/2"
