How to Create:
Trim cupcakes from center of die-cut paper. Set aside for later.
Adhere scallop-edge die-cut paper to yellow circle. Punch Picket Fence Border from Royal Blue Cardstock and cut into 2” pieces. Adhere pieces along backside of yellow circle to form a border. Adhere to blue patterned paper, trimming off excess that hangs over the page edge.
Cut piece of green polka dot paper to 4" x 12". Adhere to bottom edge of page.
Arrange photo and cupcake accents in center of page. Adhere using Foam Squares.
Place number stickers on flag die-cut. Use Blue Dual-Tip Pen to write the word “Birthday” on the glad. Adhere flag to page.
Adhere balloon die-cut to page. Add string using Black Dual-Tip Pen.
Write journaling on White Cardstock with Black Dual-Tip Pen. Cut into strips and adhere to bottom right corner of layout.
