How to Create:
Cut Yellow Cardstock to 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Fold in half.
Cut the Cakes and Candles Paper to 4-1/4" x 5-1/2". Adhere. Use the Corner Maker to round all four corners.
Cut five various paper mats to 3-1/2". Roll and adhere. Adhere to the card. Add the Let's Party sticker.
Using the Ribbon Maker, punch a orange photo mat. Use the negative for the fmales. Adhere with Foam Squares, doubling the Foam Squares on two flames.
Finished Size:
4-1/4" x 5-1/2"
