How to Create:
Use Royal Blue Cardstock as the base of your layouts. Cut the cupcake pattern paper to 3" x 12". Adhere the the outer edges of the layouts. Cut two strips of the pennant pattern paper to 1" x 12". Adhere as shown.
Adhere four photo mats. Adhere photos as desired.
Adhere the cupcake stickers and banners with Foam Squares.
Add the Let's Party sticker and cupcake title sticker using Foam Squares.
Add journaling as desired using a Black Dual-Tip Pen.
