How to Create:
Cut a piece of the orange patterned paper to measure 12" x 2".
Cut a piece of the white embossed cardstock to measure 12" x 1-3/4". Adhere to the orange patterned paper.
Cut 2 strips of Yellow Cardstock to measure 12" x 1".
Using the Scoring Blade on the Rotary Trimmer, score every 1/4". Fold back and forth like an accordion. Adhere the ends of each strip together into a circle. Press down the center, and adhere to the border as shown.
Using the Custom Butting System Circle Patterns, cut a piece from the red patterned paper. Adhere to the center of the rosette as shown.
Adhere white paper flower.
Add gem, and clear title sticker as shown.
Finished Size:
12" x 2"
