How to Create:
Start with Cloud Cardstock as the base of the layout.
Use a large picture on the bottom of the layout. The picture here is 10” x 5”. If you would rather not use 1 large picture think about cropping 3 vertical pictures to 3-1/2” wide x 5” tall. Adhere photo (or photos) to bottom of layout 1/2” up from the bottom of the layout and centered 1” from either side of the layout.
Using the blue-dotted paper from the Cheerful Power Palette, cut the patterned paper 5” tall and as wide as the picture (or pictures) on the bottom of the layout. Adhere this patterned paper 1/2” down from the top of the layout and centered 1” from either side of the layout.
Use the Waves Border Cartridge to punch a border out of Royal Blue Cardstock and a border out of White Shimmer Cardstock. Adhere the White Shimmer Cardstock wave border first in between the picture (or pictures) and the blue-dotted patterned paper. Then adhere blue wave border so that it slightly overlaps the white wave border.
Then cut a strip of blue/green/purple striped patterned paper from the Cheerful Power Palette 1/2” tall x 12” long. Adhere this strip just below the wave border strips.
Add title with White Swirly ABC 123 Stickers above the wave border strips.
Make four photo corners using Royal Blue Cardstock by punching two squares (using 1” square punch) and then cutting each square in half diagonally. Adhere two of the photo corners to the bottom two corners of the large picture (or to the far left and far right corners if you have used multiple pictures). Then adhere the other two corners to the top two corners of the blue-dotted patterned paper.
Punch as large circle with the Circle Maker from White Shimmer Cardstock. Adhere to the upper left f the layout, Trim the excess. Adhere the round “fun” title sticker from the Cheerful Power Palette to the top of the layout 2” from the right side. Let it hang off the top of the layout and then trim off the excess.
Journal on strips of White Cardstock and then adhere strips toward left side of the layout above the title.
