How to Create:
Cut a piece of White Cardstock to 3" x 12".
Using the Picket Fence Border Maker Cartridge, one side of the White Cardstock. Weave a 12" piece of blue Cheerful Paper Ribbon. Use the Tearing Tool to tear the other side as shown. Adhere to a 3" x 12" piece of red striped pattern paper. Use the Tearing Tool to tear the right edge. Use the All-purpose Scissors to trim the edge of the left side, leaving about a 1/8".
Adhere the fireworks sticker. With Foam Sqaures, adhere the Statue of Liberty.
Using the You and Me Border Maker Cartridge, punch the red striped paper. Adhere the "&" as shown.
Adhere the "Freedom" clear title sticker to a piece of White Cardstock. Trim around and ahdere to the border with a Foam Square. Adhere the "stars" and "stripes" clear title stickers.
Finished Size:
3-1/2" x 12"
