How to Create:
Use the Yellow Cardstock as the base.
Using the Pinking Rotary Blade, cut the balloon pattern paper to 11-3/4” x 11-3/4”. Adhere to the center of the base.
Using an All-Purpose Scissors, cut out the large ribbon shapes from the red pattern paper. Adhere the green one at the upper left corner of the layout. Apply the “Happy Birthday” sticker. Cut a 3-1/4” x 1/2”strip of the green dot Photo Mat. Cut one end at an angle and adhere above the sticker. Cut a 3-3/4” x 1/4” strip of the yellow dot Photo Mat. Cut one end at an angle and adhere above the green strip.
Adhere the blue ribbon shape to Yellow Cardstock. Using the All-Purpose Scissors, trim around the ribbon, leaving a thin border. Adhere to the layout, approx. 3/4” from the bottom edge.
Apply the circle sticker to the left of the blue ribbon.
Loosely cut around a “3” from the Brown Simple Monogram Stickers. Apply the outline only (leaving the actual sticker on the backing for use on another project) to a green with yellow dots Photo Mat. Cut around the number, leaving the brown outline. Adhere to the center of the circle, using Foam Squares.
Mat (3) 3” x 2-1/2” photos onto Yellow Cardstock. Trim, leaving a thin border. Adhere to the layout, as shown.
Using Foam Squares, adhere the balloons sticker. Apply the “Cakes & Candles”, cupcake and candles stickers.
Cut a thin strip of each Yellow, Red and Green Apple Cardstock. Curl around a pencil and adhere as strings for the ballons.
Using the Scallop Circle Maker (with holes), punch a scallop circle from the green dot Photo Mat. Adhere 3 of the holes punched below the Title Sticker, using Precision Point Adhesive.
Journal, using a Brown Dual-Tip Pen.
