How to Create:
Cut a piece of blue balloon paper to be 5” x 10” and add to the left side of the layout. Cut another piece of blue balloon paper to be 7” x 10” and add it to the right side of the layout.
Add a striped photo mat to the upper left side of the layout. Cut another striped photo mat to be 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" and add it underneath the other striped photo mat.
Cut a 10” strip of red dots from the extra balloon paper and add it over the seam on the left side of the layout. Add a green and a yellow photo mat to the layout add two 5 1/2” x 3 1/2" photos to the mats. Cut a red dotted and a blue dotted photo mat to be 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" and add to the bottom left side of the layout. Add two 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" photos to them.
Punch several small circles with the circle maker from the other mats and cut each circle in half. Line the half circles up on the right side of the layout.
Print journaling on yellow paper and add to the upper right side of the layout.
Add title and accent stickers to the layout as shown with Foam Squares.
