How to Create:
Trim blue polka dot Cheerful Designer Print Paper to 11x11”.
Trim white patterned Shine Paper to 11-1/2 x 11-1/2”. Layer the blue polka dot paper on the white patterned paper and mat both onto the Royal Blue Cardstock.
Crop larger photo to 4x4” and mat with white (I printed my photo with a white border). Crop the smaller photos to 3x3”.
Cut a circle out of each smaller photo using the inside of the small circle from the CCS Circle Patterns and the green blade.
Cut 2 border circles of White Cardstock using the inside of the middle circle and the red and blue blades.
Adhere the 2 white borders over the circles you cut from the smaller photos. Attach the photos again using Foam Squares.
Adhere the photos to the layout as shown. Punch 1 large and 1 small yellow polka dot Cheerful Tone-on-Tone Paper circle, 2 large and 1 small blue polka dot Cheerful Tone-on-Tone Paper circles, and cut one yellow polka dot circle with the small circle and the blue blade. Adhere the circles as shown, layering them under the photos.
Print the top journaling block on White Cardstock. Trim one section to 4-1/4x 1-1/8”. Adhere under the top photo.
Place the Cheerful Title Sticker on White Cardstock. Trim to 3-1/4 x 1-3/4” and adhere.
Print the bottom journaling block. Trim to 4-3/4 x 1-1/2” and adhere.
