How to Create:
Cut a piece of White Cardstock to 2" x 12".
Using the Frame Chain Border Maker Cartridge, punch five blue, 4 red and 4 white strips. Adhere to the border rotating each cricle to the top as shown.
Using the Scallop Circle Maker, punch white and red papers. Adhere the larger circles from the punch along the edges as shown.
Using the Postage Stamp Rotary Blade, cut a piece of red striped pattern paper to 3" x 3". Cut a piece of White Cardstock to 2-3/4" x 2-3/4".
Adhere the hat with Foam Squares and the clear title stickers as shown.
Finished Size:
2-3/4" x 12"
