How to Create:
Use a piece of White Cardstock as the base of your layout.
Using the Deckle Rotary Blade, trim off the sides of the red wave Cheerful Stars & Stripes paper. Adhere at an angle and trim off the excess.
Cut a piece of Royal Blue Cardstock to 12" x 4-3/4" using the Deckle Rotary Blade. Cut a piece of balloon Cheerful Birthday paper to 12" x 4-1/2" also. Adhere together and to the layout as shown.
Using the Deckle Rotary Blade, cut five pieces of White Cardstock to 2-1/2" x 3-1/2". Cut five pieces of Cranberry Cardstock to 2-1/4" x 3-1/4". Adhere together. Adhere five 2" x 3" photos.
Cut the Cheerful Stars and Stripes border into three pieces. Adhere as shown.
Adhere the Cheerful Stars and Stripes starburst sticker.
Adhere two balloons (Cheerful S&S), a cupcake and party hat (Cheerful Birthday) with Foam Squares.
Cut around the negative of the White Simple Monograms Stickers. Adhere to Deep Blue Cardstock. Cut around with the All-Purpose Scissors. Adhere your title to the layout with Foam Squares.
Adhere any other titles with the White Simple ABC 123 Stickers.
Add journaling as desired.
Finished Size: 12" x 12"
