How to Create:
Using the red dotted Cheerful Tone-on-Tone paper, cut two layers of the flip flops at 2". Cut an additional layer from White Cardstock. Adhere together with Foam Squares.
Cut the straps layer from Whtie Cardstock and the flowers from yellow Cheerful Tone-on-Tone. Adhere to the base of the flip flops using the Precision Point Adhesive.
