How to Create:
Cut the base layers of the surfboard 4" in size from blue dotted and red striped Cheerful Tone-on-Tone Papers. Adhere together.
Cut the flower layer from yellow striped Cheerful Tone-on-Tone paper and adhere with a Foam Square.
