How to Create:
Adhere 12” x 1-3/4” green Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper to 12” x 3” White Cardstock border background.
Adhere a strip of Reflections Paper Ribbon to hide the seams.
Punch 10 shapes using the Starburst Pocket Punch & adhere across the top of the white background using Foam Squares.
Trim 3-3/4” x 5” light blue Reflections Storybox paper, cut two points on both sides & adhere to bottom of border, 1-3/4” from right edge of border.
Affix Reflections Title Sticker using Foam Squares to banner.
