How to Create:
Adhere 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” Shine Designer Print Paper onto 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” White Cardstock Background, round all four corners with Corner Maker.
Trim one 4 1/4” x 1 1/2” & one 4 1/4” x 1” strip of Cloud Cardstock using Scallop Rotary Blade. Layer together & adhere at top of card, round corners with Corner Maker.
Trim White Cardstock to 3 3/4” x 3 3/4”, round corners with Corner Maker. Affix Brown Simple ABC Stickers to cardstock.
Dabble ink onto makeup applicator using Dual-Tip Pen and ink title card. Once completed, remove sticker to show masking affect.
Darken around edges using medium point of Dual-Tip Pen and adhere to bottom center of card background using Foam Squares.
Layer two medium Shine Paper Tags using Foam Squares and embellish masked title area. Affix Shine Epoxy Sticker to center of paper tags.
Finished Size: 4-1/4 x 5-1/2
