How to Create:
Punch out design using orange Frightful Halloween Designer Print Paper, Border Maker & Picket Fence Border Cartridge. Trim to 12” x 3”.
Trim a 12” strip of Black Cardstock to just over ½” & guide through the open slots of punched border shape.
Adhere to 12”x 3” White Cardstock border with zig-zag edge hanging off bottom edge of White Cardstock background.
Affix a gray owl, Frightful Halloween Epoxy Sticker to left side of border.
Cut out three circles using Medium Circle Cutting System & Blue CCS Blade & green Frightful Halloween Designer Print Paper.
Cut 12” thin strip out of Black Cardstock.
Fold each circle in half & insert long thin 12” strip of Black Cardstock. Adhere half circles using Tape Runner.
Then half circles approximately 2 ¼” from right edge of border, to create a banner, using Foam Squares.
Affix Black Simple ABC/123 Stickers to each half circle.
Finish off the rest of title using White Simple ABC/123 Stickers.
Finished Size: 3 x 12
