How to Create:

1. Create a new You Create It Coverset.
2. Add Dream Paper 2 to the background.
3. Add the Dream Diecut Paper 3.
4. Add a large photo with a white mat.  Add a heavy shadow.
5. Add the TagWithRibbon and LiveYourDreams title.  Add a heavy shadow to each.
6. Add the DareToDream pennant with a heavy shadow.
7. Add the CircleFlower_YellowBlue embellishment with a heavy shadow.
8. Add name on the balloon basket.
