How to Create:
Create a new project. Add HappyBirthday_Paper14 to the background.
Add HappyBirthday_Paper06 to the bottom of your layout.
Add three photos with white mats. Add the PennantBanner. Add a heavy shadow.
Add the Ribbon_Blue and Ribbon_Orange. Add the Tag_OrangeRibbon. Align as shown. Add a heavy shadow. Add the Surprise title.
Add the HappyBirthdayCupcake title.
Add journaling as desired.
