How to Create:
Cut a piece of Midnight Shimmer Cardstock to measure 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Fold in half to create card.
Cut a piece from the black patterned paper to measure 4" x 5-1/4". Adhere to the front of the card.
Create the pinwheels by cutting two squares to measure 1-1/2" x 1-1/2". Use All Purpose Scissors to cut in from each point 1/2".
Fold one point in from each side, and adhere.
Add Divine Epoxy Sticker to the centers of each pinwheel.
Cut two strip to measure 1/4" wide and varied lengths for the base of the pinwheels. Adhere to the card as shown, criss-crossing. Add the pinwheels to the end of each strip.
Add embellishment titles to one of the strips.
Finished Size:
4-1/4" x 5-1/2"
