How to Create:
Cut a White Shimmer Cardstock to 8" x 8". Fold in half.
Cut the grey pattern Shine Paper to 7-3/4" x 3-3/4". Adhere to the card base.
Adhere the Shine Paper Embellishments, using Foam Squares on the top one. Adhere a Sine Epoxy Sticker in the center.
Adhere the title CONGRATS with the White Swirly ABC/123 Stickers.
