How to Create:
Cut a piece of teal embossed paper to 5-1/2" x 8-1/2". Fold in half.
Cut a piece of teal/green pattern paper to 5-1/2" x 2" and adhere to the card. Cut a piece of white embossed paper to 5-1/2" x 2" and adhere.
Adhere the title stickers. Adhere two stickers using Foam Squares. Adhere Enchanted Epoxies in the centers.
Use the Circle Maker to punch four circle using a variety of pattern papers. Cut a thin strip of cream paper. Fold the circles around the strip to cerate banners. Tie a not at the end to the thin strip. Adhere to the card.
Finished Size:
5-1/2" x 4-1/4"
