How to Create:
Cut a piece of Yellow Cardstock to measure 12" x 2", trimming one edge with the pinking blade on the Rotary Trimmer.
Cut a strip from the orange patterned paper to measure 12" x 1/2". Adhere to the lower part of the border.
Cut a strip from the red paper to measure 12" x 1", trimming one edge with the pinking blade on the Rotary Trimmer. Adhere to the top of the orange patterned paper.
Use White Swirly ABC 123 Stickers to add a title to the border.
Add icon stickers as shown, popping a few with Foam Squares to add dimension.
Finished Size:
12" x 2"
