How to Create:

1. Create a new 12x12 layout. 
2. Under the Insert tab - Text - Shape -  type each detail of text.
3. I used the front, Constantia. 
4. Fill each area of text with different papers from the Love Digital Kit.
5. Resize each to fit as desired.
6. To add dotted lines, go to the Insert tab - Other - Line - Straight line - 6 pt. width - dotted Dash Style.  Copy and paste to duplicate the line.
7. Print to a 12x12 Page Print.  Adhere to a White True 12x12 Scrapbook Pages.
8. Frame in a Creative Memories Page Frame.
