How to Create:

1. Add Baby Boy paper 16 to the background.
2. Add a 12” x 8” photo to the middle of the page. I softened the top edge of the photo by using the Blended edge cutting tool under the Cut & Fill tab.
3. Create a blue circle and copy and paste to you can join them together in a row with 3 on top and 4 on the bottom. I reduced the opacity of the circles getting lighter the further to the right they go. Group the first row of circles together and copy and paste them and move them to the bottom right of the page.
4. Add the Welcome Home and the weight and length with the Celebration Digtial Alpha. Then center the weight and length in the three circles on the bottom of the page.
5. Add the Yellow Dot Bracket around the title.
6. Add the Star Flourish to the bottom right of the page and change the color of it to white.
7. Add Blue Birdie to the bottom right of the page
