How to Create:

  1. Create a new 12x12 layout.
  2. Insert Cakes & Candles Paper 7 as background.
  3. Go to Format -> Opacity -> Change to 60
  4. Go to Insert -> Empty Frame -> Go to Format -> Properties -> Change W& H to 3.25 and Rotation to -9.000
  5. Go to Cut & Fill -> Paper -> Choose P6 from Cakes & Candles Kit -> Move into place 
  6. Insert Cake & Candles Die Cut 4 and move into place 
  7. Insert Cake & Candles Flag Embellishement -> Go to Format -> Properties -> Change rotation to -9.000 and move into place 
  8. Insert 2 Cake & Candles (Candles-6) 
  9. Go to Insert -> Empty Frame -> Go to Format -> Properties -> Change W to 5 & H to 0.731
  10. Go to Cut & Fill -> Paper -> Choose P10 from Cakes & Candles Kit -> Move into place 
  11. Go to Insert -> Empty Frame -> Go to Format -> Properties -> Change W to 4 & H to 2.275
  12. Go to Cut & Fill -> Paper -> Choose P14 from Cakes & Candles Kit -> Move into place
  13. Go to Insert -> Empty Frame -> Go to Format -> Properties -> Change W to 4 & H to 1.644
  14. Go to Cut & Fill -> Paper -> Choose P8 from Cakes & Candles Kit -> Move into place 
  15. Go to Insert -> Empty Frame -> Go to Format -> Properties -> Change W to 1.75 & H to 4.267
  16. Go to Cut & Fill -> Paper -> Choose P11 from Cakes & Candles Kit -> Move into place 
  17. Go to Insert -> Empty Frame -> Go to Format -> Properties -> Change W to 3.25 & H to 2.149
  18. Go to Cut & Fill -> Paper -> Choose P13 from Cakes & Candles Kit -> Move into place 
  19. Hold down Shift & Select all items except for the background paper -> Go to format -> Shadow -> Light Shadow
  20. Insert photo -> Resize photo to W:5 H: 3 and move into place -> Go to format -> Shadow -> Heavy Shadow
  21. Insert Cake & Candles Banner-> Go to Format -> Properties -> Change rotation to -9.000 and move under photo -> Go to format -> Shadow -> Light Shadow 
  22. Insert Cake & Candles Short-Two -> Go to format -> Shadow -> Light Shadow 
  23. Inset Cake & Candles Banner-Blue -> Go to format -> Shadow -> Light Shadow 
  24. Insert Text - Type Date and place on top of Banner-Blue
  25. Insert Text - Type Title and place on top of Flag 
  26. Insert Text - Type additional text under the number 
  27. Insert Text - Type out journaling and use sampler to choose the color blue for the text color
