How to Create:
Create a blank 12 x 12 page and add Dream Paper 5 to background.
Create an 8.5" x 8.5" photo box and change photo to black and white if desired.
Mat photo with Dream Paper 4 and add a relief of 2 and a 2.7 width mat.
Add a Tall Notebook Paper embellishment and rotate to the left.
Create a text box, rotate to the left and use Light up the World font for journaling and change colour to match paper.
Add 2 Blue Circle Flower embellishments, shrink and match them in size by using the Arrange Ribbon and add to the corners of the photo.
Add 2 White Cloud Mat embellishments and 1 Blue Cloud Mat embellishment and layer clouds over photo.
Add Tag Suspended embellishment.
Create a text box and add a quote of your choice with Minnie font. Change font colour to match paper.
Add 2 Yellow Flower Dot embellishments to end of suspended tag embellishment. Size dots to fit tag ends.
Add Dream wish Love embellishment and layer over photo and clouds. Add bling to embellishment by clicking the Format ribbon and then Surfaces under effects. Choose Block effect and slide Contrast to 10, click OK and then repeat Block Surface and Contrast to 10 to get the desired amount of bling.
Add Blue Cloud Mat embellishment and Flip Horizontally under the Rotate tab. Place in bottom left corner.
Add a Heavy Shadow to all elements under the Format Ribbon.
