How to Create:

1. Create new 8x8 Photo Panel Project.
2. Make Reflections Paper 11 the background of project.
3. Cut a rectangle from Reflections Paper 01, then place along right edge of project.
4. Using Cutting Tools (on cut & fill tab), round corners of this paper.
5. Add photo to project, then round corners and place on top of patterned mat.
6. Add title to project.
7. Using cutting tools, cut “is beautiful” away from title, then colorize that section to dark blue by eyedropping that color.
