How to Create:

1. Create a new 12x12 layout.
2. Add SunshineRainbowsP2 to the background.
3. Add SunshineRainbowsP6.  Under the Cut & Fill tab, select Shapes – Digital Shapes – Tags – Shape0007.  Cut and align as shown.
4. Add a photo.  Add the AcrylicTag embellishment over the photo.
5. Add the Cloud and Bow_Blue embellishments. 
6. Add the Enjoy, Flower_Yellow, Chick and Bow_Orange embellishments.
7. Add title and journaling as desired.
