Instructions:  
  1. Create a blank 8-1/2 x 11 project.  Select the Click & Fill Party Favors.
  2. Fill the base shape with PS I Love You P23.  Fill the inner shape with PS I Love You P32. 
  3. Add the Flower_Green embellishment to the bottom of your bag topper. 
  4. Add two Gem_Red and one Brad_Black.
  5. Add the Adore title from the PS I Love You Digital Embellishments.
  6. Repeat each step for the bottom bag topper.
  7. Print and cut each tag to adorn your treat bags.
