One of a Kind - Fabulous Digital Scrapbook Layout

How to Create:

  1. Add Fabulous Papers 19, 5, 33 and 36 to the back ground so that the corners of each paper meet in the middle of the page. You can either leave these papers big and let the extra hang off the edge of the page so you get larger texture from the patterns or you can resize them down to actually fit in the space. I like to do both just depending on the look of the paper.
  2. Add your photo to the page and create a text box that is the same height or width of the photo just depending on if you want the word to go across the top or down the side of the photo. Be sure to rotate the text box if you put it down the side. This is where I used the font Brandon to type my words. Once you have the words typed you will want to make them big enough that the word is the same length as the photo and then right click on the word and “Flatten” it position the word so that it is right next to your photo and the same height and then highlight both the photo and the word and right click and then “Flatten” again.
  3. You will then want to go over to the side panel under your photos tab and click on the drop down arrow next to the same picture that you were using and select “Fill selected element with this photo” if the photo doesn’t fill how you wanted it to I suggest that you click on the arrow and select “Duplicate this photo” so that you are not cropping the original photo in your project. Then select “Crop” and try to crop the photo depending on how it looked when it filled the first time. You can duplicate and crop the photo as many times as needed until it fills just the way you want it to.
  4. You can repeat this same step with the other three photos on the page but by just adding the text box to different sides of the photo and you can even try it with different big fonts
  5. I added Vintage Romance Sewing Room Embellishment 24 (the blue ribbon) to the page across the middle of the photos and then added Vintage Romance Sewing Room Embellishments 2 and 4 on top layering them.
  6. Next add a text box to the top and bottom of the page to journal.
