How to Create:
Use a card base from the Just Because card set.
Adhere a strip of blue scalloped paper ribbon to the left side of the predesigned line across the card.
Adhere epoxy stickers in the center of the ribbon scallops.
Cut a title sticker, ad foam squares to it and adhere it to the bottom of the card front.
Dot the “I” of the title sticker with a red jewel.
