How to Create:
Use a sheet of Grape Cardstock as your base. Trim a sheet of light pink Fabulous Designer Print Paper to 11-1/2" x 11-1/2" and adhere it to the cardstock base.
Cut a border from a sheet of light blue polka Cheerful Designer Print Paper with the Scallop Stitch Border Maker Cartridge and trim to 2". Add the border to the bottom of your base with the scallop facing downward.
Add two 4x6 photos about 1-1/2" above the bottom of the scallop border. Add a Fabulous Title Sticker to a dark pink Fabulous Storybox photo mat and adhere it to the bottom left of the photos. Add some layered Fabulous Paper Flowers and Fabulous Paper Buttons to the left of the title. Include some handwritten journaling to the right of the title on the blue border.
Punch several banners with the Banner Border Maker Cartridge from the light blue polka Cheerful Designer Print Paper, the dark pink and the lavender Fabulous Designer Print Papers, and a sheet of White Cardstock. Add them across the top of the page—some straight, some at angles, and some overlapping each other.
Embellish the banners with some faux-stitching and small Fabulous Paper Flowers adhered with Foam Squares.
