How to Create:
Use Deep Blue Cardstock as the base. Adhere an 11-3/4” x 11-3/4 piece of the white dotted paper to the center of the base.
Using the Jumbo Circle Pattern (outside of template) and the Blue Blade, cut a circle from the lime green dotted paper. Adhere the circle to the layout with the left edge hanging over the side of the layout, slightly. Trim off the excess.
Adhere a 4-3/4” x 9” piece of light blue dotted paper 1-1/2” from the top edge and flush with the left edge.
Adhere a 2” x 11” piece of royal blue dotted paper 1/2” from the top and flush with the left edge.
Using the Border Maker System and the Scallop Stitch Cartridge, punch a 1” x 12” border. Adhere along the left edge.
Using the Wavy Rotary Blade along one short edge, cut a 9-1/2” x 3” piece of Gold Cardstock. Adhere (wavy edge on the right) 2-1/2” from the bottom edge.
Mat a 4” x 6” photo onto Deep Blue Cardstock. Trim, leaving a thin border. Adhere to the layout.
Apply the Title Sticker to royal blue dotted paper. Trim, leaving a thin border. Using Foam Squares, adhere to the layout.
Using the Circle Maker, punch (2) 1-1/4” circles from orange dotted paper, one 1-1/2” circle from orange paper and one from lime green circle pattern paper. Adhere to the layout, as shown.
Create a pinwheel by cutting a 3” square from the light blue dotted paper and one from the royal blue dotted paper. Adhere the solid sides together. Using an All-purpose Scissors, make diagonal cuts into the center (don’t cut all the way through). Using Precision Point Adhesive, adhere ever other corner to the center. Adhere to the layout. Using a Foam Square, adhere a Paper Button.
Cut three triangles from random scraps of paper. Use Foam Squares to adhere to the layer to form the banner.
Using a Dual-Tip Blue Pen, journal and draw lines around the circles and banner.
