How to Create:
Cut a 4x8 inch card from White Cardstock. Trim five 1/2 inch strips of patterned paper from the Happy Birthday Stack Pack in varying lengths. Adhere them to the card as shown. Add flag shape layered and title stickers at one end of each strip as shown. Finish the card off by creating faux stitching along the top and bottom of the card with the Black Dual Tip Pen and a ruler.
