How to Create:
Adhere half circle Happy Birthday Layered Sticker to bottom edge of 4 1/4” x 5” red stripe Happy Birthday Double-Sided Paper, trimming off excess paper at bottom of stickers.
Adhere to 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” card.
Affix large Happy Birthday Title Sticker using Foam Squares to center bottom of card and affix large Happy Birthday Layered Sticker at above large title sticker.
Finished Size:
4-1/4" x 5-1/2"
