How to Create:
Adhere 4 1/2” x 2 3/4” blue Happy Birthday Double Sided Paper to center of 5 1/2” x 4 1/4” card.
Cut out five small circles using green Happy Birthday Double-Sided Paper, red CCS Blade and small Circle Cutting System, from inside. Adhere at bottom edge of pattern paper.
Affix large Happy Birthday Title Sticker to hide seams.
Layer one small and one large Happy Birthday Layered stickers using Foam Squares to card.
Finished Size:
5-1/2 x 4-1/4"
