How to Create:
Adhere 11” x 11” Cloud Cardstock to center of swirly Happy Birthday Double-Sided Paper background.
Trim balloon banner design from Happy Birthday Double-Sided Paper and adhere to bottom right of blue background, 1” from bottom edge. Adhere three 3” x 4” photos to the left side, layered together in a row.
Punch border strip using Border Maker and Picket Fence Border Cartridge out of Happy Birthday Double-Sided Paper, tuck and adhere behind row of photos. Affix Happy Birthday Paper Ribbon to bottom edge of photos.
Cut out five balloons using medium Circle Cutting System and red CCS Blade from inside. Arrange circles at top left of blue background using Foam Squares on two circles.
Adhere thin strips of White Cardstock to bottom of each balloon and trip away excess and tuck behind photos. Cut out five triangles from Happy Birthday Double-Sided Paper and adhere at bottom of each balloon.
Embellish each balloon with Happy Birthday Layered Stickers and Happy Birthday Title Stickers.
Affix “Happy Birthday” Title Sticker across bottom of photos and adorn with Happy Birthday Layered Stickers.
Embellish balloon banner paper with Happy Birthday Layered Stickers and Title Stickers.
