How to Create:
Use the blue Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper as the base to the layout.
Use the CCS Jumbo Circle Patterns to make a large circle out of the Royal Blue Cardstock. Use the same circle to make a slightly smaller circle from the light blue Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper and adhere to the center of the royal blue circle. Adhere them to the layout 6" in and cut the excess off.
Cut a circle from the blue square pattern Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper with the medium CCS Circle Pattern and the red blade. Adhere it to the layout 1-1/2" in from the right side and 2-1/2" down from the top.
Cut the White Cardstock to 3-3/4" x 3-1/2" and adhere it to the layout flush with the right side and 2" up from the bottom.
Cut a circle out of the gray Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper using the CCS Circle Pattern inside template of the large circle and the red blade. Do the same with the Royal Blue Cardstock. Adhere the gray circle 3-1/2" in from the left side and 3" down from the top. Adhere the royal blue circle 3-1/4" in from the right side and 3-1/2" up from the bottom.
Cut a 9" piece of the light blue Reflections Paper Ribbon and cut a triangle out of the end. Adhere it to the layout 5-3/4" up from the bottom.
Cut the blue Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper to 3-1/2" x 4" and adhere the 'if you obey all the..' Reflections Title Sticker to it and add to the layout as shown.
Mat two 2" x 3" photos with White Cardstock and add to the layout as shown. For the middle photo mat with Foam Squares and add to the middle of the photos with Foam Squares.
Journal as desired with the Black Dual-Tip Pen.
