How to Create:
Use the light blue square pattern Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper as the base.
Cut White Cardstock to 11-1/2" x 11-1/2" , if desired print journaling on the edges, and adhere to the center of the layout.
Using the CCS Circle Patterns make eight circles out of the various Reflections Tone-on-Tone and Designer Print Papers using the medium circle pattern inside template with the blue blade.
Use the same blade and circle pattern to cut out four circle pictures.
Arrange the circles as shown or as desired.
Use the Circle Maker to cut out two smaller circles from the Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper and adhere with Foam Squares to two circles.
Use the Gray Dual-Tip Pen to make a dotted line around each of the circle photos.
Use the Blossom Place 'n' Punch to make a blossom out of the blue Reflections Designer Print Paper and adhere using a Foam Square to the bottom right circle.
Cut the blue Reflections Paper Ribbon at both ends to make points. thread it through the blue Reflections Paper Tag and adhere it to the layout as shown.
Using the Black Sophisticate ABC 123 Stickers spell out the title and add the date along the top and bottom of the ribbon.
Journal with the Gray Dual-Tip Pen on the Reflections Paper Tag.
